Commercial renovation.

This commercial project involved the transformation of a former solicitors’ office into a stylish local wine bar. The design incorporated a welcoming front bar with direct street access, while the rear of the property was repurposed as a versatile function room.

The refurbishment included the construction of five high-quality cubicle toilets and an additional WC, as well as the installation of a compact kitchen. A former filing cabinet was creatively repurposed into an elegant display unit, now showcasing a selection of fine wines behind the bar.

We managed the project from inception through to completion, coordinating and supplying all required trades to ensure a seamless delivery throughout.
