Domestic renovation

This project involved a comprehensive kitchen and bathroom renovation, including complete upgrades to both spaces. The works comprised full electrical rewiring and plumbing installations throughout the kitchen and bathroom areas to ensure modern functionality, safety, and compliance with current standards.

As part of the renovation, all existing windows were removed and replaced with upgraded double-glazed uPVC units, improving the property’s energy efficiency, insulation, and overall appearance.

In addition, the attic space was enhanced to provide the client with valuable additional storage. This included flooring and insulation works, along with framing out the rafters to accommodate a plasterboard finish. The attic was also taped and filled ready for painting.
